idocia provides a project management platform for interior designers, including features for managing spec sheets, materials, client communication, and project documentation.

To use idocia, you must:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

idocia and its content, features, and functionality are owned by idocia Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, idocia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
